Music I like

My first musical memory comes from my childhood. At that time I remember that I enjoyed and made up as the US band called KISS. In that sense, the first musical influences come from my father, who is a person who listens a lot to Rock & Roll and Heavy Metal.

When I was 16 years old, I started to know Chilean music. Mainly singer-songwriters of the "Nueva Canción Chilena". Among the artists he listened to are Los Jaivas, Inti Illimani, Quilapayún, among others. When I entered the University of Chile, I continued to expand my musical repertoire. I started listening to "The Prisoners", "The Three", Queen and The Clash.

To conclude, I have no problems in continuing to discover new music. In that sense, no style of music disgusts me. On the other hand, my favorite song is "the conquered of the Jaivas". And finally, I think the importance of music is because it is an artistic expression capable of representing a sense of time in our societies
